Cancellation Policy
Clients agreement with RT-Wellsness: There will be no charge incurred for any sessions cancelled for any reason if at least 24 hours notice is given If cancelling a session within 24 hours of the arranged time for ANY reason then a full charge will apply. If the session can be rearranged for a convenient time for both client and trainer on the SAME day then charges will not apply. Additionally the client agrees to give one calendar month's notice of any termination or adjustment to the session plan they have signed up for. The RT-Wellsness agreement with client: There is no liability to the trainer if he cancels an agreed session with at least 24 hours notice. If the trainer cancels a session within 24 hours of the arranged time for ANY reason then he must give the next booked session completely free of charge. If the session can be rearranged for a convenient time for both client and trainer on the SAME day then charges will not apply.
